Poking resume with a sharp stick. Keeps coming out vaguely suggestive or blatantly self-serving.

KEY SKILLS:

Reading porn.
Writing porn.
Enabling porn-writing and -reading in others.
Creating and maintaining elaborate doublethink in order to reconcile said porn habit with deeply-held religious beliefs.
Complaining.

So, that was some awesome food poisoning over the weekend, there. And by awesome, I mean I had to leave moirasaoirse's place with undue haste lest I horribly embarrass myself. My tummy hurts. My head hurts. My everything hurts. I slept most of the day and I feel like I'm going to vomit and I can't find the anti-nausea stuff.

I want my mum. *sulks*

I feel absolutely rotten. I was fine this morning, but about two hours ago - aches all over, splitting headache, nausea, sudden exhaustion, shaking. Gonna take a bath, and dirnk some tea, and curl up and re-watch 4.01 & 4.02.

So I caught the lurgie that's going around the pilgrims, and caught it bad.  For a couple of days I thought that the aches in my limbs were from walking, the weird hot-and-cold flashes were from the changing temperatures,  the nausea from the nasty food.  I suppose the sore throat could have been from the yelling and singing, and the headache from ( Read more... )

Paraguayan billets OK.  (One speaks English, several others understand a little English, the rest are great at charades).

Sharing a room with "Woe, the single lone pimple on my forehead under my fringe has ruined my week!" sister?  ASS.  The time to flirt with boys loudly on the phone is not while I am sleeping.

Possibly my last entry for a while - the Paraguayan billets arrive tomorrow and will take over both my room and the lounge room, curtiling computer access and probably monopolising most of my time, and after that, I'm off to Sydney to spend a week sleeping on the floor of some classroom and not shower and eat rubbish and walk everywhere and maybe ( Read more... )

I have not updated in a LONG TIME and I have no excuse.  But! I am not dead.  Uni is finished, and I really hope I passed everything.

We sold our piano, and suddenly my room is three times as big as it was.
